Kevin LaChapelle, CPA, CIT

Kevin LaChapelle joined Whittlesey in 2015, with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. Kevin’s practice focus is providing accounting, assurance, and advisory services to closely held businesses in various industries, including employee benefit plans, manufacturing, distribution, and construction. Additionally, he provides tax planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Kevin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of Connecticut.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA), the Associated General Contractors of Connecticut (“AGC”), and a former member of the Leadership Council of the AGC’s Young Contractor’s Forum. He is also a 2007 recipient of the “40 under 40” designation by the New Haven Business Times.

Kevin is dedicated to serving his community. His work includes serving on the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, the Finance Committee of United Way of Greater New Haven, along with volunteering with the Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
