Steve Erickson, CPA

Steven Erickson joined Whittlesey in 1984 and was named partner in 1996. Currently he serves as a Consultant. Steve specializes in accounting and assurance services for the real estate and affordable housing industry, as well as for nonprofit organizations and closely held businesses. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with both the State of Massachusetts and State of Connecticut.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Drake University and a Master of Science degree in Economics from Trinity College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA).

Steve is actively involved in the community. He is chairman of the audit committee for the United Way of the Pioneer Valley, as well as a member of the finance committee of the United Way of the Capital Area. In addition, Steve is a member of the Holyoke Rotary Club and previously served as a two-time president of his previous club in Connecticut. He was awarded the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow for service to the community. Steve also serves on the board of Community Health Resources, and is a board member and chairman of the audit committee of a local bank.
