Thomas A. Terry, CPA

Tom Terry joined Whittlesey in 2014 and was formerly the managing partner with a Massachusetts CPA firm, Lester Halpern & Company, P.C. He has a practice focus in tax planning and accounting services for small to mid-sized businesses and professional corporations, as well as estate planning, and tax planning and preparation for individuals. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of Massachusetts.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), Tom also serves a number of local organizations. He is treasurer of several Holyoke and South Hadley service organizations and serves as the chair of the Town of South Hadley Finance Committee. He was awarded the Joseph E. Taylor Award for his support of youth sports in South Hadley and was also recognized as the 2016 South Hadley citizen of the year. Tom is a director and a member of the audit committee for Peoples Bank in Holyoke.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester.
