Thomas M. Wood, CPA

Thomas Wood is an Assurance Manager in our Hartford, Connecticut office with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. Tom is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of Connecticut. He has a practice concentration in financial reporting, audit, review, and compilation of financial statements and agreed-upon procedures for nonprofit organizations and foundations. Alongside his work at Whittlesey, Tom is committed to fostering development among the younger associates in the firm and leads new hiring training. 

Tom is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as Treasurer of the Capital Community College Foundation. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting and his Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley College.
