Whittlesey Names New Partners

Whittlesey has announced the promotion of two directors to the position of partner. Edward Engberg and Thomas Goldfuss are the newest partners to join the firm’s growing leadership team.

Edward Engberg joined Whittlesey in 2006 and has over 14 years of service with the Firm. Ed specializes in providing assurance and advisory services to nonprofit organizations and real estate clients and is a member of the real estate and nonprofit niches. Alongside his work at the Firm, he is the treasurer of CREW CT and the Connecticut Housing Coalition. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Central Connecticut State University. He is also member of the AICPA and CTCPA.

Thomas Goldfuss joined Whittlesey in 2007 and has over 12 years of service with the Firm. Tom specializes in providing assurance and advisory services to nonprofit organizations, credit unions, and real estate clients and is a member of the real estate, credit union and nonprofit niches. Outside of work, Tom is a head coach and President for the Southington Knights Travel Football and Treasurer for the Shoreline Youth Football Conference. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University and his Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford. He is also a member of the AICPA and CTCPA.
