Online Filing Portal for Initial Charity Registration and Annual Form PC Filings Now Available for Massachusetts Public Charities

Attorney General Maura Healy Establishes First Online Portal for Public Charities Annual Filings 

Massachusetts public charities may now file public disclosure documents online. Previously, these filings have been paper-based. The new portal allows public charities to streamline annual statutorily required filings, which will reduce processing time.

Use of the portal is not mandatory. Public charities that wish to file their documents in hard copy may still do so.
