Whittlesey Names New Managers

Whittlesey has announced the promotion of Amy Richards, CPA and Katherine Donovan, CPA to the position of Manager. Amy and Katherine are the newest Managers to join the firm’s growing leadership team, effective January 1, 2019.

Amy Richards is based in the firm’s Holyoke, Massachusetts office. Amy has over eleven years of experience in providing accounting, tax, and advisory services. Over her career, she has managed client relationships, made process improvements, and analyzed data to provide actionable insights for her clients.

Amy formerly served as a supervisor at Whittlesey. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fitchburg State University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Katherine Donovan is based in the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office. Katherine has over six years of experience in public accounting with a concentration in employee benefit plans, closely held businesses, and nonprofit organizations. She formerly served as hedge fund accountant for a global specialized software provider and was named a New & Young Professional to Watch, by the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Katherine is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has an MS in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford.
