Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut, and a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
