Larry Carboni, CPA

Larry Carboni is a Partner with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. Larry has a practice specialization in auditing financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, non-regulated lenders, and business development companies, as well as benefit plans and nonprofit entities. He joined Whittlesey in 2016 after spending 30 years in public accounting with two national accounting firms and has served as audit partner for both public and non-public banks throughout the Northeast.

Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA), serves on the CTCPA’s financial institutions committee, and is a past chair of the committee. Larry is also actively involved with Junior Achievement of Southwest New England and currently serves on its board of directors.
