Thomas Dowling is the Partner-In-Charge in our Holyoke, Massachusetts office with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. Thomas has a practice specialization in assurance, tax, and advisory services, with a primary focus on family-owned businesses, including construction, manufacturing, medical practices, and real estate, as well as nonprofit organizations. He also has significant experience advising organizations on internal controls and fraud risk assessments. Thomas is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
