Michael Ruocco Joins Whittlesey’s Growing Leadership Team

HARTFORD, Connecticut – April 13, 2026

Whittlesey, a leading assurance, advisory, tax, and technology firm, welcomes Michael Ruocco, CPA, as its newest Assurance Manager, joining the firm’s growing leadership team.

Michael Ruocco brings more than 12 years of progressive public accounting experience, most recently serving as an Audit Manager at a national accounting firm. He has extensive experience leading audit engagements for commercial and nonprofit organizations, including financial reporting oversight, internal control evaluations, and risk assessments. Michael has also played a key role in mentoring staff and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and governance teams.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Albertus Magnus College and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.
